We’re looking to raise a total of $6.6 million ($2 million from Hope Midtown and $4.6 million from Outside Supporters) to pay back the loan from a family foundation for a building purchase and renovation at 109 E. 31st St. NY NY 10016.

We want to invite our entire church to pray that we would be part of God doing an unprecedented work in our city - and that we can participate in it. Pray also that the moving parts of real estate, purchase, financing, and fundraising will come together seamlessly.
PLEDGE
To fulfill this vision and purchase this space, we will ask our Midtown congregation to consider giving $2M above-and-beyond our regular giving over a 26-month collection period (4 tax years - 2019-2022). The family foundation has enabled us to take advantage of the opportunity quickly and there is a loan to pay back.
SHARE
Capture the vision for what God could do and share it. Be an ambassador for the work of Christ through Hope Midtown and the Hope Churches. Invite others to be a part of something God is doing through our church community.
